CLAT 2018 seat allotment process
CLAT seat allotment process is an important role that should be carried out by the 14 NLUs that are participating in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Every year the CLAT Seat allotment list will be released by the CLAT Committee. The candidates have the option to refer the seat allotment list in the page of CLAT 2018 seat allotment list at the official website of CLAT 2018.
The seat allotment process includes and mentions the 14 NLU participating colleges and universities. This will provide the detailed information about the candidates who were allotted seats in the reputed national law institutes. The CLAT committee will send this seat allotment list to every candidate who has the eligibility to participate in the counselings schedule of CLAT 2018.
The first set of candidates along with 40% of extra candidates are allowed to participate in the online counseling through their login account and by depositing the adjusted fees of Rupees one lakh only through online/offline. The candidates failed to give the deposit will be dropped from the list and they will be provided with the next chance of participating in the 2nd counseling.
The comprehensive list will be designed and prepared from various categories such as General, OBC, SC, ST, PWD, DFF and NRI.
