The CLAT 2017 is an exam conducted for the students to join in undergraduate and postgraduate courses (LLB and LLM). The CLAT 2017 question paper for undergraduate students contains multiple choice questions. The total marks of the paper is 200.
CLAT 2017 marks distribution
The paper includes five sections such as English along with comprehension for 40 marks, general knowledge/current affairs for 50 marks, elementary mathematics for 20 marks, legal aptitude for 50 marks and logical reasoning for 40 marks. Each correct answer will carry one mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.
The CLAT question paper for post graduate includes two sections. The long essay type and multiple choice questions. The marks allotted for long essay type is 100 and for MCQ is 50. The total marks for the paper is 150. The candidates should attend the test based on the distribution of marks for each section.
